About the Photographer


Hello, I'm Amanda Rae!


I am an independent portrait photographer in Clarence-Rockland, near Ottawa, Ontario. I am also available to travel to your dream destination!


I absolutely love being a photographer and I think it shows in the photographs I take. I believe that your portraits deserve to be real, which will make them timeless. I capture authenticity and combine it with thoughtful artistry.


I specialize in natural, emotion-filled portraits that reflect genuine connections and presence in the moment.


Your comfort and overall experience during your photo session are just as important to me as the final images I create for you. I will collaborate with you to create an environment where you can truly be yourself in front of the camera.


I am also a makeup artist! You can visit my MUA website here. In addition to my professional experience and education, my experience as a makeup artist brought me even closer to the art of photography, as it shaped my attention to color, lighting, facial expressions, and composition.
